We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
We want you to love your products as much as we do. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
We do our best to ship orders within 1-3 business days. (Always expect delays during holidays and/or unforeseen events.) If there is an expected or unexpected delay, we will notify you by email. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have any questions about your tracking info or issues with your delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to take care of the situation.
All shipments are made to the address you list during the checkout. Our shop is not liable for incorrect addresses. Once a package has been delivered to the shipping company it is no longer in our control.
If an item is undeliverable, lost, stolen or stalled, please call shipping provider to try to resolve any delivery issues.
Due to increased shipping costs, we are not able to ship internationally at this time.
We offer free standard shipping to the continental US on orders of $50 or more before tax. Orders must reach the minimum of $50 before tax to qualify. Addresses outside the continental US are not eligible for free shipping. Free shipping DOES NOT include wholesale services or orders. For wholesale orders, please contact us for rates and terms.
We are not able to reimburse for damage that occurs during shipping. We make every effort to wrap our products in protective layers or boxes to make sure they get to you in perfect condition.
We are not responsible for shipments left in a hot mailbox or porch, subsequently being exposed to high temperatures for any period of time. As a result, refunds and/or replacements will not be issued. During periods of hot weather, please be sure to ship to an address where you will be available for delivery! Please remember to check for mail daily to be sure you pick up your package the day it is delivered!

If you receive something damaged, please keep all original packaging and the damaged item until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later.
